Landhaus Julia is situated about 2.5 km above the village at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level in a very sunny spot with a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains.
You can enjoy the tranquillity and superb position of this comfortable self catering house.
On the opposite side of the valley you will find the Hochzeiger skiing area. To the south lies the the Pitztal glacier at the end of the Pitztal valley and towards the north-east you can see into the Inn valley and the Seefeld plateau.
Landhaus Julia has a well cared for garden surrounding the house with a terrace and a lawn for sunbathing with plenty of garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis facilities.
There is an open fire place on the upper terrace.
The house is ideally suitable for all kinds of groups, family festivities, company excursions, bowling clubs, student and school tours, ramblers, ski clubs etc.
Sufficient car parking is to be found next to the house.
The holiday home has more than 300 square metres of living space divided into 8 bedrooms with a total of 20 beds.

Towels and bed linen are supplied and will be changed on request. Two cots and two high chairs can also be supplied.
There is a daily bread roll service except on Sundays and public holidays.
The house is centrally heated with an oil fired system and the tiled stove will be stoked by us on a daily basis. Pets are welcome but please do inform us when you book. Your will have the entire holiday home to yourselves. Magnificent walking paths to the farmed alpine huts begin right outside the house.
Several alpine huts all with home cooking, the Venetalm, the Larcheralm and the Goglesalm can be reached after a 1.5 to 2 hour walk from your doorstep. It will take dedicated walkers 2.5 to 3 hours to reach the top of the Venet mountain with its 4 crosses on the summit.
The house is qualified for summer and autumn holidays as well as winter holidays. We are open all year.
The Hochzeiger skiing area can be reached by car in 20 minutes and it will take you approximately 40 minutes to get to the glacier.
The facilities offered in the village and its ideal and central position in the Pitztal valley are suitable for a relaxing and varied holiday for families and those interested in sports activities either in Winter or in Summer.
In Summer the hiking and walking enthusiasts can find numerous routes ranging from easy strolling paths to challenging hiking trails enabling active recuperation in the midst of the scenic beauty of the mountains.
